Okay, I've already read the first chapter of the story (I'm liking the premise a lot) and I must ask...
I'm not here to self promote (and if you feel like I am, you can delete this if you want, I won't complain), but was a fraction of this inspired by my story? I ask this because I can see some similarities between mine and yours, even the name of the military is nearly identical. And the year.
I'm not accusing you of copying me (rather I would love to see that I have, in a sense, inspired people to write their take on what happened), I'm just curious.
