Kind of a shocker that a royal Princess would be scared of getting her teeth removed, but hey, who cares? Nice story too. :derpytongue2:

General anaesthetic? Funny, I only needed a local anaes when I got my wisdom teeth out.

Gotta feel sorry for Luna. An impacted wisdom tooth is no laughing matter.

7394441 I know exactly how that feels. :fluttershyouch:

7394441 I've seen it done under general before... Considering it took 18 shots of lidocaine when they did mine, I can understand why, too... (And that was a single tooth. I suspect, had it been all four, that it would have been under general.)

It was all four teeth that Luna had removed.

Wow. Funny this story would come up. I literally just had my wisdom teeth removed this past Monday, and boy, do I hate it.

Anyway, nice, I liked this.

I had to get all four of mine removed some time ago.

This. Was.

Hilarious. :rainbowlaugh:

If a child was to be reading this? No he/she would think this is sad and can directly relate to it.

But man that got me so weak, Luna once again was prevailed as one of the most adorable highness thanks to you.

A little bit of an amusing short, buuuuuuuut, your problem is deciding to take human problems and putting it into MLP without adapting it for the medium.

Luna had her appendix surgically removed from her stomach

If Luna had her appendix removed as you mention off-handed, she'd be dead by now from starvation. Horses need the appendix (and attaching bag, the cecum) to properly digest a lot of vegetables, and no, Luna cannot survive on cake alone.

Horses don't quite have wisdom teeth, but their 'wolf teeth' are similar, except they're in a different position altogether. Additionally, it might not be the wisest idea to use Luna as the pony getting her teeth removed, considering she's at an absolute minimum over a thousand years old, potentially several more thousand years old. I'm admittedly compressing the timeline of evolution down a bit to simplify, but it's very possible she would be from an age where all her teeth served an essential purpose, whereas modern-day ponies definitely don't need their wolf teeth.

Horses can't talk.

Great story! I loved how you wrote Celestia as a kind, comforting sister. Although I think a little comedy would make this story sound a little bit better, just a suggestion.

Funny, just as I see this, I'm recovering from having MY wisdom teeth removed.

Good news! It was only the bottom ones.

What a coincidence!

I'm just here to take sadistic joy at the expense of all the suckers who had to suffer wisdom tooth removal, unlike me.

(This coming from a guy who once thought that he was so tough that he didn't need anaesthetic to get a rotten tooth ripped out.)

7394581 same bro.

now we need a chapter showing luna having to eat mashed potatoes and longing for a solid meal.

I can relate to this story.

but she was now glad that real life and challenging nightmare of hers was all but over.

Bruh, the next 2 weeks is gonna be hell.

Dunno why but i just giggled through this whole thing. . .

Funny I'm reading this the day I get my wisdom teeth removed.

Story is very good! Five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I remember when I had my wisdom teeth removed back in high school, couldnt eat solid food for a while.
