Spike should've told Blaze to go fuck herself. She approaches a possibly injured fan, and the first thing she and High Winds do is start chastising him for something he already feels guilty about. Then she threatens him with prison rape! Bitch.
After that, both of Blaze's teammates should've also told her to go fuck herself.
Pretty good. I was pretty entertained.
One question though: Am I missing something about the "Twilight, the Princess of Friendship and his sole charge"? Because I'm pretty sure Spike is her charge. The charge is, as far as I know, the one being taken care of.

Though I don't think the sex tag is needed. I've seen teen rated stories where there's sex jokes but not the tag, and I didn't see any innuendo in this story at all. In fact, why is it rated Teen?
7423663 It was rated teen because the tagging system won't let an author add the "sex" tag to an "E" rated fic. I'm still hemming and hawing on changing it due to what the FAQ here says about tagging, but with two readers saying it doesn't need it and since I've seen a couple E fics that are a lot more ribald than anything in this fic, you both are probably right, lol!
I nice little piece; enjoyed the interaction with Surprise.
One thing that bothered me was the threat to lock Spike away. Understandable reaction but how do they think they would've manage it with the princesses of Canterlot, the Crystal Empire; and Ponyvile all on Spike's side. And it's a bit late after all this time and with the knowledge of Spike being a hero in the Crystal Games. I lol'd at their reaction to Spike's singing there though.
7435470 At one point I considered having Twilight appear and tell Blaze in no uncertain terms to lay off and drove home the point by giving Spike a royal pardon on a spot. But I felt like I was abusing Blaze enough in this story by having her fill the role of the heavy. So you're right - from a practical standpoint threatening Spike with time in a dungeon for something that happened years ago isn't very prudent, but I left it in just so Spike could do the bit with his tail
Yeah, I think Spike felt worse about his bad singing than he did about trapping them in the water tower.

The laws of physics pretty much forbid everything cool... even the stuff that's 'possible' is often impossible anyway in practical terms.
