We all know how it went; Sunset turned into a demon, the Elements purified her and later on she became the lovable human that we know. Except that this time some outside force changed the outcome, this time Sunset did not survive the purification. Sunset Shimmer was killed and thrown into the dangerous realm of Dark Souls.
Finding herself in the Undead Asylum, Sunset must survive the gruesome tests in her way to either save the world, or doom the Age of Fire into darkness, but is it all so simple and who is this mysterious white robed figure that seems to be so focused on Sunset?
Meanwhile, back on Earth, the girls battle their own guilt and egos while the portal now closes and functions as a Scrying Mirror, being witnesses to the suffering and accomplishments of the redheaded undead. They will find themselves awed of what this lone figure can do by herself.
But who is moving all these strings? What is the purpose? Does it have bigger ramifications? Keep on reading to find out what will happen in Sunset's road to become the Princess of Lordran.

. Though I must say, it pretty hard to read, and keep reading. I don't know if you gotten the chance to edit this or not, but there is a lot of mistake, run-ons, grammar, misplaced words and even sentence that have to be looked at twice to see if it was even correct, like this one here;
I'll like to point out that not only is this single sentence is pretty long, but it longer then it needs to be. That said there also a few misspelled words and well yeah. It kind of destroys the flow of the story when reading those. I personal wont dived deep into your writing and al that, because your story is good, so I'll talk about that now.
Your story took a, unique turn for me, one I didn't see coming. I don't know how I feel about the perspective view, of the whole watching from the mirror thing. Even so, it still unique to see the others reaction to her actions. I know a lot of fics do the whole, "What will my friends think of me when they find out what I've done here?" But this now gives a new light and a funny insight right into that sense they can see every actions she takes. Though for chapter 1, in my opinion I probably wouldn't have ended it with the story title unless it was being foretold to the reader or something, but that just me. The same thing with chapter 3 ending, to e honest, that ending would have been far better if Sunset read it off the bonfire, or wall, or it was told to her, it just fit better that way. Over all, chapter 3 ending felt like a ending to a single chapter
, but I still look forward to see what you have next. I wont give it a thumbs up yet, but I'll keep a eye on it.

Oh my woes with grammar.
English is not my native language so I always do stupid things when I write, like mispelling or the wrong verb in the wrong place.
I do hope I get an editor soon to fix those mistakes because even though it is very easy for you guys to see the grammar mistakes I cannot detect them because I on't know if I wrote correctly or incorrectly a sentence. Also, talking about sentences, I'll try to rewrite the first encounter with the Asylum Demon.
One last thing: yes, the episodes felt more like one full chapter since they were written originally for The Many Destinies of Sunset Shimmer, so they were written with the inention of just talking about the Undead Asylum in short episodes.

Sunset's class is Pyromancer, next you'll see what was her gift.
I chose Pyromancer because it cpmpletely fits Sunset Shimmer, after all we have seen in the comics that she is quite adept with fire spells in Equestria. Also Pyromancer is one of the strongest classes to start with, it has high Strenght and you get acces to pyromancy spells early on (fireball can be quite destructive even at early levels), they also start at level 1 making it easier to level up faster; the only bad thing is the shield which sucks, although thankfully Oscar gave his shield to Sunset this time around.

Dark souls... The great game that teaches you useful things with the very second black knight you meet(one on the toop of tower) and then confirms it with Capra Demon:
1) You can deal huge damage, you can dodge atacks in you light armor... And the mere moment you have to fight in confined space your agility and heavy damage is useless. Thats because you will get hit in such situation. Second after that you will be on the ground. Two seconds after bonfire will greet you. And you need just one mistake to lose all the progress. So throw of this rugs - go get some normal armor. The heavier the better.
2) There is no such thing as enough Estus. Go learn some healing miracles! This art also provides you with atack spells of two damage types, lightning and magic, while sorcery and pyromance gives you only magic and fire respectively. Better have adaptability.
3) When you stand in block you need good shield, damage reducing and stable one. Go get something heavy, do not make parry guesses, they do not work on bosses.
4) So, you can survive. But you still need to hit. And hit heavily. So go get yourself some hammer - at first onehanded and enchanted for Divine, then something like that big axe from Gaping Dragon tail, and finally the heaviest and strongest - Grant itself. Dont use puny knives - make our enemy "Granted" by putting heavy hammer to the head. Oh, you will need hight strength, but it's the same that you need for best shield, so it is not a problem. Also Grant requires medium faith that you will already have if you have not forgotten to learn miracles. Just imagine what your strike will do at 50-50 - only bosses and Stone Guardians from Royal Woods survive that. And there are only 10 stone guardians and they all are confined to one location.
5) Havel the Rock was a very wise man. And he is at relative start of the game specially to show you how it should be done. And to demonstrate the most efficient armor while providing you the ring that enables wearing it without investing to high in endurance - you will need your levels for strength and faith.
Don't worry, be a Paladin, hammer up your way... and Praise the Sun!

Haven't read it yet, but I'm a huge Dark Souls fan having played through the whole first game several times and am now working on the second, so I'm definitely interested. Also, I'm offering my services as an Editor, but in the interest of full disclosure, I'm not a part of any "editing groups" as such, and prefer to maintain my independence. I have edited/proofread for others on a different fanfiction site in the past, including someone who's first language wasn't English, so I have an idea of what to look for and how to clean up jumbled narrative. I'm a tad worried that due to the title that she's gonna listen to Kaathe and fall to Darkness and Cruelty. And before ANY Darkwraiths jump at me for daring to speak out against the Almighty Dark allow to explain what the Dark has brought. War, Death, Chaos, and most importantly evil. It brought EVIL into the world. Humans have the Dark Soul yes but the most you could do with that soul is to try and help the world either survive or at least go out with dignity rather then succumbing to monsters and psychopaths.

1) Unless you learn how to parry, which is a great thing to learn, but I do undertand the idea about the heavier the armor for the poise that they bring. Thankfully Sunset is not on the video game per se and she will be allowed to dodge, jump and even roll underneath the enemies. Also, you never have to fight Berenike Knights in tight corridors.
2) Oh yes, you can never have enough heals, learning faith to level 12 at least is a life saver, but is probable that Sunset will go for Intelligence.
3)That's the reason I gave Sunset the Crest Shield, even though she will come back for the Rusted Iron Ring later on.
4) I'm not sure what kind of weapon Sunset will specialize in. In the games if you have enough stats to use them you suddenly become a master at it, but here they will need to know how to use a weapon effectively and with the axes being pretty much 'I'll swing this thing and hopefully I can kill something' type of weapon it is a nice one for Sunset for now, who knows what will happen later on, maybe I could give her the Demon Axe or she could even start using the Rapier... nah.
5) I see no way for Sunset to use the Havel Set, let's see later on.

The knight is only found at Firelink Shrine, later after you ring both bells he goes away and turns hollow at the entrance of new Londo Ruins. You find Big Hat Logan in Sen's and also a soldier who sells the Catarina set but has no relevance to the plot.

Well, i tried to learn how to parry properly. But then i got my first heavy shield and was very happy to forget such skill that got me killed more often that it helped.
Axes are good. Especially that big one from Gaping Dragon's tail. It's damage does not improve with stats, so long game it is worse than Grant. But i still remember how i was running around the second Asylum Demon, hitting floor with heavy strikes of it until monster died from shockwaves...

as for weapons, the Chaos blade and Quelaag's furysword are good for a pyromancer. but the just plain uchigatana is good for a dex build or the Gold Tracer and Dark Silver Tracer weapons.

The furysword is a nice idea considering Sunset's magic but that will be a little later on the story once Sunset gets to know the Chaos Sisters. Talking about the Tracers or the Uchigatana, Sunset won't go into the Dex build so far and besides, I have plans for the Tracer set.
Armors
Light Sets: I don't see Sunset using the light ones due to her not having much experience in fighting and they usually require a better use of positioning and dodging which Sunset is not very good at right now.
Medium Set:
Brass: There is already someone that uses that set in the story and won't stay as a Firekeeper.
Favor:... let's just say that Sunset will piss off the goddess.
Dark: Although a good one is still a little too macabre for Sunset but who knows.
Silver: Even though is not that great at late game is still one of my favorites so it can be useful in Anor Londo and later.
Heavy Sets:
Black Iron: I also have plans for that armor.

Sunset started as a pyromancer and is level 1.
Soul levels don't exist per se in the story since I think it would be way too stupid to think of power like a videogame, but they will be useful to measure up Sunset's (and the others) power through the story, so even though they don't use souls to level up, they do it through experience and training, so right now Sunset has some changes in her abilities.
Attunement is 18- In Sunset instead of the 12 of the pyromancer due to Sunset's power as a normal wizard. Is not that huge and she cannot attune many spells for now but gives her 4 slows form the beginning.
Endurance: 14- I envision Sunset growing tougher and tougher with time due to her getting beaten up so much.
Strenght: 14- At first I wanted to leave it at 12 so she could continue using the axe but raised it to 14. The logic behind it is that she is training right now iwth Madeleine and is growing comfortable with her Hand Axe but later will upgrade the weapon to something heavier or similar.
Dexterity: 10- Who knows if Sunset will grow on this department seeing that she isn't exactly the expert in dueling to start using our usual tactics so far, but she is fast enough to use several weapons.
Intelligence 20: I mean, come on, is Sunset, we know she is a genius, of course she had tto have that kind of stats, besides, she will soon discover the power of fire that is inside her, but is pyromancy or equestrian magic?
For armors, I envision Sunset thinking outside the box to get herself some sets early on, but we will see.

(this thing was a good find in my first play through and it can be buffed.) Black Knight Sword. Black Knight Greataxe (this baby was my bread and butter for a lot of play throughs.)

Oh no. Not that backstabber of a liar! Even when I'm playing as a paladin (and roleplaying as well) I feel no remorse on killing him or that bald bastard in the catacombs.
