I have a feeling more people are going to be wondering about the times Mac dressed in drag than how him and RD hooked up.

Rainbow has her own personal masseur and stylist. I wonder if Rarity will miss Rainbow complaining every second when she used to be in charge of styling her for events.

7346459 I was gonna read this later, but your comment change my mind!!! :pinkiecrazy:

I'm curious about him crossdressing, but I still want to know about that hoofwresting :rainbowlaugh: and more about her parents!!!

7346746 With a username like that, I can see why. :duck:

7346773 about what exactly? The hoofwresting sound funny!!! And the subsequently dates.

The crossdressing, you have to admit that you made it sound funny and interesting, about what he had to do and more important, to whom he lost the bet.

7346826 Early on in the show, AJ made the bet with him and he had to wear Granny Smith's corset.

7346856 that doesn't count, a corset it's just like a very annoying bra, crossdressing Is like the name says, the whole outfit. Make up included.

Rainbow was not exactly known for dressing in style.

LIAR!

That was good, although I feel like the story would have been more interesting with Rarity because there is a lot of room to explore there. The Mac/Dash dynamic just felt a bit bland to me outside one sweet moment at the end and really kept the story from being anything special which is unfortunate because this could have been amazing if you had gone for friendshipping with Rarity instead.

As much as I like MacDash, I have to agree with 7347202. While I can believe that Mac would know about make-up and such, I do find it hard to believe that it was good enough to impress a Canterlot Stylist. Plus for all the talk about it being a thing with the Wonderbolts, we didn't get to see any of them. Which would have been hilarious given this line:

“Thanks, but this is a Wonderbolts event. I can’t just be good. I have to be the best. This is the dress they wanted me to wear so we’ll match, but next to the others I don’t know if that’ll be good enough.”

“If you’re all in the same dress, you’ll all look good.”

Does this mean that Soarin was wearing the same dress?! If so, I think everypony can stop giving Mac crap about that! :rainbowlaugh:

My main problem with the story is that it runs a mile a minute. I'm not going to talk about Mac and Dash already being married, but we keep just jumping from one scene to the other and it gets a little jarring. You may benefit from adding some line breaks to seperate the scenes so we don't just magically teleport from their bedroom to Canterlot or I'm gonna start thinking that Twilight is trolling us! :facehoof:

The Apple Family Reunion scene also felt a little pointless. All it did for the plot was tell us that Mac cross-dressed a couple of times, something that Rainbow, herself, is entirely aware of since she and Scootaloo were facing off against him and Applebloom in the Sisterhooves social, so it felt more like you were trying to tell us, the audience, and it just comes off kinda exposition-y.

Still a fun story though! Everypony seems well and truly in character, though Rainbow's parents did kinda get the shaft in character development, but I still found it funny and light-hearted which is the kinda shipping stories I like best!

Keep on keepin' on! :pinkiehappy:

Cute.

It does seem a little odd that Rainbow's parents would be asking their son in law how he met their daughter, you'd think that would have come up before the wedding. But then again, you never really know with Dash and/or pegasi in general.

Mac's talents are wasted kicking trees. He could make a killing working at the pony spa.

The moral of the story is, always trust Mac cosmetics.

Very sweet. And poor Mac growing up the only colt in a whole herd of mares is bound to have picked up some "lore" about cosmetics and dressing by simple osmosis along the way. I grew up with three sisters - and consequently know way more than my wife how to braid hair, style it, adjust hemlines, etc...

This was cute

This makes me feel comfy. We need more like it.
