Just a fan of fun stories, looking to enjoy them, and when I can finally grab enough time for myself write them once more!

T

Magic, scholars say that it's controlled and cannot be used without a clear purpose. While Ponies can feel it, that does not mean it is alive. But, when a human knight from Wendel is called to Equestria for reasons only he and his summoner know it's safe to assume something is about to happen.

In case no one has guessed by now this is a crossover between MLP:FIM and The Mana Series games. I'll update the character's tab if need be and if any of the other category tags apply please let me know and I'll fix them too. Rated Teen for language and sexual situations along with mild cartoon violence. (Strong Violence with little blood is how I define that. Basically when you imagine the hits they would be a flash of light instead of a spray of blood. Unless blood is needed.)

Thank you very much.

Oh and before I forget I think I should post this here, who do You think should be Connected with a spirit. I have two planned already but, you'll have to wait and see for those. I also need two Characters to make into Ferrik's Companions via LoM tradition. So I'll be accepting two OC's from my readers. Though the challenge is that they need to have an ability that attunes them to a spirit. More Details to follow in a blog post.

So is the LoM side of things taken from any particular game or is it just a mixing of all of them?

Ehhh, I'm not one for audience participation. I'm reading because I'm interested in what the author is putting together.

Not sure how I feel about a general mix, I suppose it's not bad but there's so much variance between even the games...meh, I'll put this one on the back burner, check it out at a later date. Best of luck to you. /total LoM whore

Well I'm just keeping an Open mind I feel that having interaction with the populace is what separates the great writers from the just good. If done correctly.

And the only points that are mixed are the spirit's powers and personality types. I've always enjoyed the Sleepy Luna from Dawn of Mana and decided to use that as a base in that she's actually constantly sleeping and the pearl that she carries allows her to speak with others while in her dreaming state.

And now that you mention it the OC idea was a bit much. So I'll tone it down.

I never did play DoM. Last one I got into was Legend and god I played the ever-living-hell out of that game (oh god I'm so old). We need more games where you can forge fruit into weapons!

Given how surrealist LoM the game was that actually might make an interesting crossover... hmmm, putting that one in the ideas bin.

Anyway I'll have to do some reading up on DoM before I can probably make heads or tales of what's going on here so I'll catch up on it later.

Ah, another crossover story that seems to be heading in the right direction. The writing is clear, concise, and with few errors. As for the story, it's interesting enough to grab the readers attention; though having longer chapters would be awesome.

The only gripe I have actually is the summary for the story itself; it borders on the "too long, didn't read" side. :pinkiecrazy:

Anyway, upvote for you and continue doing what you are doing with this fanfic.

The majority of reference material is from Legend of Mana and Children of Mana though the spirit's have a combination of powers and personalities from the entire series. Though their personalities were only explained in depth in Dawn of Mana.
