Ah, another wonderfully detailed, anatomically correct, and most important different story by The Inner Lewd. I smiled when I saw this in feature box (congrats!). Once more, you've got a plethora of fetishes; most of which I like, and some I did not so much. I absolutely love voluntary oviposition, magic-play, as well as herm/female. Combine all three with extremely detailed writing and great grammar and structuring, and you have more than earned my like.
As I said on your previous changeling oviposition story, I did not like the butt stuff, especially not the tongue-to-butt stuff...but to be totally fair, I was warned about the butt stuff and indeed skimmed right over it. Not my thing, but it'd be unfair to damn the story strictly on what was no more than a paragraph of content because of such. It's still a damn good read.
Also, the length of the chapter is a bit long and constant. May I suggest placing chapter markers in there somewhere? Bah, might just be the OCD in me about compartmentalization of everything. Anyhow, not a flaw, moving on.
I really loved the chemistry you made between Lyra and Bon-Bon, and just how...natural you made it feel; how giving they were to each other despite their own discomforts (Lyra especially) just to further please her partner. It felt and flowed organically, so props on that. The magic simulations of the wall between rectum and vagina, while something flesh-and-blood was in there as well at the same time was also another rather fascinating thing I liked. Don't see that often.
Oh, and did I mention I love your depiction of changeling anatomy as hermaphrodites whose genders shift as needed? That's so cool!
Overall, Loved it as stated earlier. Have another like, fave, and Spike mustache.
Oh, and another for good measure.

7258961 I'm glad you enjoyed the story! I honestly wasn't sure how well this would be received, but I definitely was not expecting near-unanimous approval. Especially considering how unique and, well, kinky, the fetish is.
I used to dislike butt stuff as well, but my stance on that changed when I tried writing it. Weird, but it's true. I just told myself that this is fiction, allowing me to pretend the anus is perfectly clean. In real life I am never going to be into anal of any sort, for obvious reasons.
Slicing the story into chapters was something I thought about doing, but I decided against it. I just couldn't find any one place where it would transition well. Regardless, the story is doing well enough as is, so I feel I made the right choice. It's doing much better than my first two oviposition fics.
In the end, I'm just happy I could write something so many people enjoyed. I usually 'test out' my own fic multiple times to make sure it's clopable, and edit some parts while in the moment to force myself to get it right, but by the end of the story I found I just couldn't find it hot anymore. Sad, but it happened with all my other stories as well. Got numb to the fic in a way. This meant I was extremely anxious how it would be received. I was baffled that the story went all the way to 50 likes before getting its first dislike!
7259032 I actually thought about this well before writing, and decided that they would teleport the eggs out. The eggs would technically be absorbed by Lyra's body considering they are unfertilized, but Lyra will not want to move around with changeling eggs sloshing around inside her how ever long it takes to be absorbed. It could be weeks!
But then I realized I have no idea how hard it is to teleport things. Especially teleporting many small objects out of some pony else without accidentally transporting an organ as well. But then I realized that it's honestly not that important to the story, so I left out any mention of it. They could just figure it out off screen. The egg within her stomach will digest normally.
7259380 Ah, but the pony is anatomically correct. This makes the statement valid. I also consider changelings to be anatomically correct in their own way, since everything that is not, well, weird is as close to a horse as well. Changelings with ovipositors actually don't have clits, though, since their clitoris fuses with the base of the penis in order to create a powerful muscle that constricts to block the flows of eggs while each is traveling the shaft. A way to hold in the eggs as needed. But the male ones, who have both a vagina and penis, do sport a clitoris that winks just like a real pony. In fact, their vulva looks just like a mare's.... as long as you discount the labia plates and green coloration of the raw flesh underneath.
Also, since changelings are so diverse, it's hard to say what can or can;t be considered anatomically correct with them. I actually have all the inner workers of their reproductive organs worked out, including how all the tubing works. So I feel that makes it anatomically correct as well. They are part insect as well as pony, after all. Meaning the sky is the limit of what can be anatomically correct, as long as I justify it with consistency.
7259465 Either method of fertilization works, but it is more efficient for the male to fertilize the female's eggs via sex, before spreading the eggs throughout a number of changeling drones. The female implants an egg into the male drone's vagina, which is then sealed off by a special fluid that is only produced if fertilization occurs. The males are kind of like seahorses in this way. Also, the female's vagina leads into a sack where a pony's womb would be. When a drone ejaculates inside her vagina, the sperm is collected within the sack. As her eggs travel through her body, they first enter this sack and get covered in the stored semen, fertilizing all the eggs, before dropping down into another tube which leads to the opening of the ovipositor.

If that's the case, then maybe you wouldn't mind also explaining how Facehuggers could work in Aliens? They send an egg down the victim's esophagus, but wouldn't that mean it'd get destroyed by stomach acid? Unless it somehow 'sticks' at a midway point, or actually winds up in the lungs?
Mmm, I think I get it. You had me at 'seahorses'. They're kinda weird, lol. Still, I'm usually not one for 'anatomically correct' about my clopfics; I've seen lamias (snake-ponies) with a separate warm-blooded top body and cold-blooded snake body, for instance. My own headcanon about Changelings is that they get to lay eggs anywhere it's warm and wet with a decent supply of love nearby, whether it be at their own hive inside sacs, or... implanted straight into a pony's womb so they can be immersed straight in the love source for rapid growth. Then they come out as larvae.

The same way our stomachs don't dissolve us: mucousal lining or excretion.
Acids are acidic (as per definition), but bases counteract them and other things are neutral (mitigating damage) or non-reactive. Moreover, some things require a particular environment to thrive... like parasites and their eggs. Other critters are symbiotic or otherwise specifically designed to survive such conditions.

I liked this! Always needs to be more oviposition stories ('course, I say that about all my fetishes.) Lyra and Bonling are adorable, the dialogue well-written, and it's pretty hot to boot! If I just had one complaint though, it's that the actual narration is a bit... clinical? All very proper names and explicit descriptions of their movements. Nothing wrong with that, just a little awkward to read. Bit like breaking in a new chair, ya gotta get comfy with your narration, heh.
Oh! And I know pregnant Lyra sequel is out of the question (for now) but you know what'd be proper hot? Lyra doesn't get the eggs out the morning after, they go to see Twilight the next night... and Lyra goes through an entire day stuffed with changeling eggs, trying not to let any pony notice as she's comfortably uncomfortable and walking funny. Thoughts?
