Technically death or Greg, is Ash's father in law, greg married Faust, and had the 4 Alicorn princesses.

No ash's dad is a demon, his moms an angel, hence why ash blade was a demonic angel.
Rage is just a personality that was Ash's rage given a physucal form by Faust in the previous story. But technically im sure Ash's parents do consider him their son, ir even Faust since she gave him his physical form.

So I was reading this chapter agian and I found somthing very intesting
This quote

The only place we possible know about clanging metal and shouting is the battle under the Eclipse and the arena both in factl but we can rule out eclipse becouse if there was a name on the wall at ash tomb then bones might have a memory about it so the next to is the arenas. So what I'm purposeing is was bones in one of these arena and if so was he a freind to ash.

Celestia claimed Starswirl never understood friendship. The truth is that neither does she. If she did, she would have never disregarded her sister, or disregarded Sunset Shimmer. It says a lot that even with a book to communicate, she never tried to fix her mistake with Sunset.

Ive always considered Celestia to be one of the main villains of MLP. A villain hidden in plain sight.
