Imagine the calming sounds of a raging waterfall. It roars with power, but it does not threaten you. You can smell its misty breath, but you do not fear it.

Imagine yourself in a quiet field. The grass tickles your stomach as you lay on it. You feel a gentle breeze caress your back. It tingles your spine—you do not feel discomfort.

Imagine yourself in a whispering forest. Nature calls to you. Do you listen? Its voice is soft and gentle. Can you hear it? It tells you that it wants to protect you. Do you believe it? It wants you to join it. Do you accept?
