It just bugs me, especially since it's only a few lines of dialogue to handle, and offers opportunity to extend the induction or deepening content before jumping to the suggestions; the more meaty the induction/deepener the easier it is to believe they accept complete control of the hypnotist.
7212491 Actually, there's sorta a, at least in my eyes, logical explination. For most people who don't get hypnosis, they assume that they have to obey completely like a slave and always call the person master/mistress. At least, in my eyes I think so.
