Black Hailstorm

A never-ending storm of ideas

T

Has there ever been a moment in life where everything is going fine. Everything is just great, then all of a sudden one small thing. One tiny ency bitty, little thing throws everything out of wack?

Well thanks to the MWI Theory, Tirek managed to defeat Twilight and her friends, and demolish most of Equestria in the process, but as fate would usually have it, you can't have a winning streak for all of your life now can you?

Back when Tirek was in Tartarus, he had seen many things. Many horrors, many gruesome forms of torture that while to others may not appear gruesome, were far worse than any physical or emotional attack that could be unleashed upon the inhabitants of that eternal prison.

One of those horrors that had been one of the most annoying things that not only struck anger in the centaur but fear as well, decided to track him down all the way to his current domain up in Canterlot.

And though the two aren't well acquainted Tirek can't help but wonder, "Why isn't he scared?"

NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN KILL THE DEMON KILLING PIZZA LOVING STRAWBERRY SUNDAE EATING SON OF SPARDA DANTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is the MWI Theory?

7198963 MWI Theory or Many World Interpretation theory is the scientific theory that basically explains the mutltiverse. Where there is an action there is an opposite reaction, basically it states: "For every single action done in our timeline, there is an opposite reaction in another timeline where that version of ourselves did something else that either went wrong or right where we decided to do something different entirely."

Thus there is an infinite number of timelines constantly being made since each timeline creates another based on the decisions of every single individual in that timeline. Some can be have good endings, others can have bad endings, it all depends on the place, time, situation and the person.

In this case Tirek had a chance in contrast to the original, he defeated everyone and conquered but in result Tirek also caused Dante to emerge in his world as well. And thus this is the basis of the story.

Hope that cleared things up.

7199019 so, there's a timeline where everything went perfectly for me?

Not that I'm saying everything is shit for me, but with multiverse theory and this one you're talking about, that would be correct?

7199113 That would be correct, good sir.

The sequel deserves a story. Not one chapter.

Sequels please.

Nice job keeping Dante's badass-ness in play, loved it. It's about time someone beat the crap out of him.
Also, niiice avatar. Soul Eater is awesome!

Sweet. Dante's awesome. (Not the one in DMC Devil May Cry)
Also, it's prob implied, but, did Dante kill Tirek?

7888933
I'd like to leave that up to the imagination as there's a chance I may make a sequel in the future.

Just as the creatures of this world viewed Celestia, Luna, Discord, Twilight and Cadence as gods with limitless amounts of power, so was Tirek and his former family members viewed the very same.

Since when does Dante care about this? One name, Mundus...

Time was frozen. Tirek grinned at Dante’s frozen form and knew with this he could gain time to regain his stature and crush this being.

Lol, what about quicksilver from DMC3?

A voice chuckled right behind him. “No, no you haven’t” Dante’s voice came from behind him.

Called it.:rainbowlaugh:

"Game over" Dante said.

Dante seems very Deadpool-like in this story... Not that I mind.

I remembered reading this about last year or so. A pretty fun read.
Curious on the aftermath, such as about the Royal Sisters.
I feel like Luna and Celestia would probably really not going to be in a good state due to how they failed BIG TIME here with the thing with Tirek there.
Feels like Luna would be taking it way worse honestly.

Wondering on hows Spike too?
