Lenora Goff

To be written later

E

Is is an idea that I had in my head, and I quickly typed out.

What happens when the story you like doesn't have the satisfying ending that you think should happen? For Rainbow Dash, the answer is to go find the author and get them to fix it. Not everything goes as planned, though.

Nothing bad happens, but she certainly didn't plan it!

I apologize in advance if it is a bit short for your liking.

This is just something that I threw together while I was tired and bored.

I might just end up taking it down later today if I read it again when I'm awake (and don't like it).

If only Rainbow had looked at the desk. :facehoof::twilightblush:

Not a bad story man. Nice.

Knew it :applejackunsure:
Though, the writing was fairly well (if not for a few, simple mistakes) and you captured the characters well... just try to show, not tell. *Thumbs up*

Error. Error. Error.
Twilight Sparkle cannot write fiction. All her attempts have been EPIC FAIL.

Author of this tale is obviously delusional.

A few typos and shifting tenses aside, this is a pretty good story. It's a little brief and could use some expansion, though. I'd suggest starting it off with an excerpt from the end of the last Daring Do book, so we can see the cliffhanger that Rainbow wants to resolve. You could also stretch it out into a longer work where Dash does find out the truth.

All of that aside, why R.F. Tarp? I would have thought it would be an anagram of Twilight's name or something.

Really Faithful To A Regal Princess.
That is what it means.

Wow, that's a nice anagram... I hadn't thought of that.

I'll definitely be working on this, and editing it. Now that I read it again, I am definitely not happy with the ending either. Though, to be honest, any editorial help would be greatly appreciated.

R.F. Tarp = "Really Faithful To A Regal Princess" would be an acronym, where you take the first letter of each word to form a new word (as in SCUBA, which stands for Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus).

An anagram is when you rearrange the letters of a word to form a new word or phrase. For example, in a story like this "Twilight" might use the pen name "Light Wit" if she wanted an anagram. Adding in "Sparkle" complicates it rather a lot, but I'm sure there are amusing options.

Either one can be fun, but if you can work it into the story it works better. I look forward to seeing what you come up with as you continue.

Acronym, then.

My point is, it's definitely a lot wittier than what I came up with in my head (and makes a lot more sense in the long run).

 Short, but sweet! I can see this happening.
An anagram for Twilight Sparkle...uh..."Petals Ilkwright"! :rainbowlaugh:

This was a nice story, still that R. F. Tarp seems so familiar to me but I can't put my finger on it or in this case my hoof on it.

R = Rainbow dash F = Fluttershy T=Twilight A= Applejack R= Rarity P = Pinkie :flutterrage::ajsmug::rainbowderp::pinkiehappy::raritywink::twilightsheepish:

I told you it wasn't exactly the wittiest thing ever. :P

Just felt like pointing it out.

I've solved the mystery!

Clearly, if you re-arrange the letters, it spells RP Fart. We're looking for someone who likes to roleplay flatulence.

Oh, what, I'm wrong? Darn. :pinkiecrazy:
