Thanks for coming back and pointing these out!
I'm keeping the 'do'; she's using it for emphasis and it sounds like natural dialogue to me.
I thought 'wore now' fit better because it's showing a direct contrast from what she previously wore; but I can't find anything that backs me up on this so maybe it is wrong.
And that last one is just an embarrassing oversight that I really should have caught.
