The Perfect Crime

Dear Princess Celestia,
I have recently discovered of your recent request to have Twilight Sparkle and her friends study a very peculiar murder case.
I am not very happy with this request as Twilight and her....group are not official police detectives and should not be able to be given access to this mystery case.

Edward placed the letter into a post box near his house and headed up the street to the CPD (Canterlot Police Department) station as he needed to have another look at the body before it was taken away. Once he got to the police morgue and pulled out the corpse from the other day and studied it closer...the same dust was on the other half of the broken horn...interesting...he needed to try something,

Using his own horn he levitated a pen on the table and placed it under a microscope...small particles of green dust were surrounding the pen...interesting...very interesting...he started to pick up a mug when suddenly Detective Blan burst in, "Edd what the hell are you doing in here?"

"Im...studying the body" Edd replied

"This is not your case anymore" Blan muttered...as he said this Twilight Sparkle walked in with a body bag and a metallic table with wheels...

"Hello Edward...Green is it?" Twilight asked

"Yes...yes it is" Edd replied...trying not to show his anger at her being here. Twilight then put the body in the bag and wheeled it out of the station...Edd was watching...he scowled

"You could figure it out"

Edward heard a mysterious voice which sounded like it was next to him but couldn't see anyone in the room with him...how strange

"Your smart like that"

Edward looked around...no one was there...he shrugged it off and went back to his office with his notes, but as he left Edward Green never heard or even saw a mysterious green pony made of some sort of gas pick up a pen and look at it,

"I have big plans for you Edward Green, big plans"

This was a very short chapter because I had not time to actually add anymore to it...but I hope you enjoyed it
