Thanks, glad you enjoyed. My photo changes all the time. I wanted to write a story about an older Scootaloo attending a Wonderbolt Academy of sorts and found that image at some point. It's still in the works, and by in the works, I mean not started.
I love how the Main Six have hit the point where they just kind of take this in stride. Begrudgingly, but they do.
"Sigh. Yeah okay." 
"Hey, AJ. Dash is a dog. Can you handle that for a bit."
This is a common error you see positive reinforcement is giving the thing you are training something they like to reinforce the behavior while negative reinforcement does not mean punishment what it means is taking away something that the thing you are training hates or is uncomfortable with as a reward for doing what you want while giving the thing you are training something it doesn't like when it disobeys (eg a painful smack) is called positive punishment
