In all seriousness, this story may not be all that far from the truth. I have this nagging feeling the real Flurry Heart was foalnapped shortly after her birth and Chrysalis is impersonating her, causing all sorts of mischief and feeding off the love of both of her parents. I guess we'll find out in the season finale!

This story is hilarious in a twisted way, but I think you're wrong, man. The real big bad of Season 6 will be
, biding her time for years after Apple Bloom betrayed her and left her for those other two blank flanks just because she finally got her Cutie Mark.
And then, after Twist is defeated by the full powers of four Alicorn Princesses, the Elements of Harmony of both Equestria and the Human Realm, Rainbow Power, time travel manipulation, the Crystal Heart, and a quartet of bad guys teaming up with the good guys to save the world from an even greater evil all combined in one single attack, Twist will manage to escape, albeit terribly wounded and on the verge of death. Arriving in a dark hideout somewhere, she'll apologise and grovel to her true master sitting in a chair with the back of the chair turned towards her. In the last few seconds of the last episode of Season 6, the chair will turn around to reveal...

I'm sorry, but while I agree with your assessments, I think you're wrong in one crucial respect.
While Twist may be good Grade B villain material, she's far too much of a tragic character to achieve that kind of top billing for Season 6. No, in my mind Gummy would use Twist as the obvious villain while he employs Featherweight to take out his one-time master.
It's the ultimate plan. Anyone can see that Featherweight is pure evil masquerading as idiocy. I hate that kid so much.
