Either there have been about 200 generations of ponies since Nightmare Moon and they grow up in four years, while Canterlot and Ponyville suddenly have an aura of decreased progression of age, or that's a forgery. Or, third option, everypony was born on the same day, but experienced the progression of time differently, so the Mayor grew decades more biologically than Twilight, within two chronological years, and was born on the same day as Celestia and Luna.

Not bad, Type, not bad! From the demeanor I thought Rarity, until you pointed out that she was an earth pony. Then the tail color got me thinking Pinkie Pie. I got to the end before thinking of a third suspect. Here's wishing the Mayor and Incidental Wonderbolt #4 well!
As for critiquing, the only real flaws I see are a couple of spelling errors and the fact that you slip between present and past tense in a few places. For style you're otherwise good, and the substance was fun. Upvoted.
