Stories involving dom!Twi and sub!Luna have been very hard to come across, a special rarity that is truly a treat to come across.
This was a very fine piece, I think, despite how it felt rushed at the very end. You'll just have to make up for that with a sequel! (If you decide in one, of course.)

As for your concerns about Twilight getting over the spying rather quickly, well I think it is something like this.
Twilight has been wanting Luna for a long time. So when she finds Luna wanting the same treatment that she has been wanting to give, Twilight is overcome by her lust and desire she doesn't fully think.
I don't know. I could be wrong but it's plausible.

Have Lulu subtly influence Celestia dreams, with or without Twilight knowledge depending on the situation. Before setting up a similar situation as what happened with her. Or just go the obvious route to train Celly into a a perfect pet... I think I may have gone overboard on this comment but whatever.

Lovely, very lovely. I can only hope for a sequel, either depicting the two trying to keep it a secret or the fall out after they go public.....of course, this could just be spun as Twilight claiming Luna through right of conquest. XP
The question becomes, in both cases, is Celestia supportive, uneasy, or even jealous of what's going on.
I loved the story but, I can't help but think it should be Celestia there instead. Luna, if we go by her back story, wants to bear the burden of leadership as such I'd think her secret desire wouldn't be to drop her crown for a day but instead seizing the crown and being the sole ruler i.e. nmm incident. But Celestia on the the other hand has had wear the crown, be polite to assholes, and be a strong powerful leader in the ponies' eyes. So I can definitely see her being the one to secretly want to drop everything be a commoner for awhile.
But hey i'll forgive if you make sequel/alt story with Celestia~

One of the best moments during the dream for me was when Twilight took the couple of seconds to remind Luna of the safeword. You could of easily written a story where Twilight never checked in and still be very hot. But you, my good Lady, took the time to write that into the story. Thank you very much.
