Just a couple of notes for you, Colbert never shortens his name to Steve, it's always Stephen (although he foolishly pronounces it Steven).
"she and Twilight had casted their spell." Past tense of 'cast', is still 'had cast'
"he seemed perceptible enough to converse with" 'perceptible' sounds like a great word for Stephen to use (since it's made up) but Celestia might use the word 'perceptive' instead

You don't necessarily have to be a Brony in order to know the names of the characters in a show.
For example I know that Dexter is the anti-hero of the hit show Dexter, and before I got into MLP I did my fair share of research on the plot and cast. "Twilight Sparkle..." I'd say to myself, " Is that some sort of Twilight series pun?"
Okay... this is win! So much win and consder this story faved.
If someone sent him this I'm pretty sure he would talk about it in his show.

I like this because I hate and am terrified of bears. You don't have to worry about a shark attack you on land; whereas bears will actively eat people. Tiny eyes, super strength, three inch razor sharp claws, teeth and jaws that could cleave a man's head in two, speed and a thick hide strong against a lot of bullets. FUCKING BEARS ARE SCARY.
