It's a good story, and definitely a good pairing. The city girl falls in love with the down home southern girl is a story that never gets old. Though I would like to slip a few notes of criticism in, if only to help future stories. Never hold a topic for too long. It gets monotonous and old really fast, and you can lose reader's interest that way. On that point, I mean the back and forth compliment sharing between Applejack and Rara. It was a good piece for the story, but it carried on a bit too long. Some shared compliments and a bit of light argument from one side of the party is good, but not too much. Also, some of the grammar will catch the reader's eye, and in a few cases, some of the reader's may actually stop reading the story because they think that the rest of the story is written poorly. If I may suggest, try finding an editor before you publish, and always take their advice to heart, but only if you feel they are trustworthy in their assessments. I hope this helps :)
