I stopped reading when you capitalized some words you didn't need to. Seriously, if you're going to write, at least have some basic grammar and punctuation.

An interesting story. The start has one or two punctuation errors (incorrect semicolon use), but other than that, it's pretty well written.
However, it feels like a Fallout Equestria side story, since the whole situation, setting, and the like closely resemble the Wastelands. Not going to track it, but you get a thumbs-up from me.
