(I think I've got it right. Iambic tetrameter; four-line stanzas with ABAB rhyming; and one or two syllables missing from the last line of each stanza.)
Though this is Dr. Sues based the title reminds me of 'Bones' episode titles
Rather interesting overall. A number of the arrangements and rhyme choices could be better, but I quite enjoyed this.

My personal standards for poetry are pretty high, and my expectations for poetry on this site are generally low. Clicked through expecting some brief chuckles, but … this is actually awfully good.

I meant the third complete rhyme, which has nine syllables in both of its lines, where the others have eight per line.
Edit: Coupling I think is a better word for what I meant. It's been a while since I studied this.

Good question.
I started a few months ago, but only wrote about 400 words or so. Then over the course of the week before I published it, I wrote the other 1800 words — this includes the last 1000 or so which were written in the final 24 hours before publication.
