While giving a character an accent can be a good way to bring some life into said character, it really isn't a good plan to make it so indescribable that I can't tell if it's German or French. Zap is like the Tommy Wiseau of ponies.
Nitpicking aside I really do like the idea that you've sprung up, but I can't help but feel as if you can polish it up some. Otherwise, good work.

I always felt like that would be kind of obnoxious, like this fics time has come and gone. This is a really old fic (it was the first multipart fanfic that I ever wrote for reference) from a much earlier point in the fandom, I just get this feeling like everyone that's reading now has kind of moved on from the spirit of when this was written. Maybe that's just me though, but I feel like if I were to promote anything, it should be something new (if I decide to write something new that is).
I'mma just steal this for my own titles....
