Sasuke Uchiha, no longer an avenger after the end of the war has lost his purpose. There's nothing in this land left for he. All the Uchiha were dead, including his brother. With nothing left, after the fourth Shinobi war- He suddenly finds himself waking up in a strange new world with a strange new foreign body.
The winds of change was among the barren wasteland of no home known as the bad lands.
And perhaps Sasuke will find a new purpose in it.
Or perhaps he'll just kill stuff. Ninjas do that a lot.
Alternate Universe! Equestria was established, but not completely at peace yet... Already up for adoption, for anyone wanting to continue the story and has a good amount of writing skill.

As for the story itself, I'm surprised Sasuke doesn't lean to the the conclusion he might be in a Summons animals realm. After all, it's not like he hasn't met animals that can talk and have the trappings of civilization before.

On the other note, post-war Sasuke would be able to tell if he's in a summon realm. He would be able to resummon himself back, plus his sharinnegan would tell the flow of chakara. Which he'd place himself in the same universe, atleast. But since it's not, he automatically knew he wasn't there.

I honestly don't see why there isn't more, this story is Awesome so far! But hey I can't do anything hit say that so far the story is great and that I'm interested. Please do more of the story, there isn't many stories on this site involving Sasuke.
I'm sure you've already been told this, but young ponies/horses aren't called 'children' or 'kids'. They are almost always referred to as 'foals'. Just something to consider for future chapters.
I have to admit that while it's a bit rough around the edges, I actually somewhat like what you've got going here. Hopefully, you'll come back and start working on this story again in the (near?) future.
