i think this was a good story how ever i found it very hard to read the part where apple bloom gets spanked by granny smith. or that sunset shimmer would actually be OKAY with a child being beaten by a cane. don't get me wrong though i fully do agree that children need to be punished for what they have done. just not like that. i also find it very hard to believe that cps would not have gotten involved after that went down at the apple ranch. just saying is all.

In addition to concern for Sunset, she saw that because of what she did in the past they would pretty much ditch Sunset given the first misunderstanding. And she was probably worried that they may do the same to her as well over something like that. And she came to CHS to have friends, not to get her hopes up and be all alone again. This is pretty much where she and Moondancer are alike, so I can actually buy all that.

Apple Bloom and her friends did cyberbullying and it is...HORRIBLE!
In real life a young woman was driven to moving away because of cyber bullying, and even then changing her name and such didn't stop her from being reconized and teased/tormented.
in the end she got so depress she self inflcited wounds on herself and then even took her life. That what Cyber Bully does, it's ten times worst then regular bullying as it follows you everywhere because it on the net.

Yeah. I'm not a fan of that comic, because it reminded me of the total Idiot Plot of A Canterlot Wedding. I also felt that due to how big cyber crimes can be, the CMC had to suffer how big that impact was beyond the months of detention they received. Also, people do get in real-life fights over cyber crimes; two guys got into a bloody fight at my school once for a text that was just a simple misunderstanding. Nobody had to go to the hospital, but it was still bad.
I also felt that nobody really talked to Sunset for how sorry they were onscreen, which was part of the inspiration for this story.
Finally, a story that tackles this with the right kind of justice AND payvack without either going on hiatus or pulling that 'Forgiveness for Free' crap. I salute you, good sir.

I can't help but agree with you on the original comic, though - it needed work. There's a reason I'm doing my own version for my 'verse. Granted, the punishment in mine for the human Crusaders isn't nearly as bad as what they got here, but given what happens, I think the lesson came across.

My honest thoughts on this:
My only really big complaint is that Twilight's reactions are too over the top, especially punching Rarity. Twilight is way too much of a wallflower to get this aggressive. I can imagine her getting upset at everyone for how they treated Sunset, since she's likely someone she greatly respects for bringing her down from Midnight Sparkle, but not to this extent.
Though, thankfully, unlike a lot of Accusation Fics that go this route, Twilight's not presented as being right. That's a trap too many of these kinds of things fall into.
I was also kind of hoping we'd see Twilight get a freakout at realizing how fragile friendships can be, but that's just my preference.
It was an okay one-shot. There were some spelling errors (including in the summary) but this isn't that bad for what it is.

I'm a fan of both those episodes because they spawned some of my favorite fanfics.
Got to the punching nose part and I kina jumped ship. I'mma gonna read the rest of it cause Im really curious where this will go, but I just find that really out of character. Don't stop writing though :D Keeping character is difficult in writing for characters, and I mess them up all the time.

Also the story for that comic arc, I only read it on youtube and to be honest, the whole story behind it, it was trash and just plain evil. Seriously Hasbro, you guys made a comic of this, for kids no less. This a disgrace to the mlp franshise and has one, if not the worst, attack on a people in both real life and in fandom, a cyber attack of all things. and the reason behind it...god where do i even begin, acutally, no I 'm not going there, the damage and message is dumb.
Seriously, why is it that nearly every arc has some villian, intentionally or not, have some kind of bad build-up plan or reason for doing something stupid or just poorly played out. In fact that whole comic arc is just another Canterlot Wedding with Sunset in a center. While I can understand why Chrysalis did what she did, what the human CMC did was unforgivable and their punishment. psh, what punishment, there was none!. the fact that no one in the comic apologies for their actions only add more to the dislike of the comic with the general 'forgiveness is free' crap.
But overall this story is great btw and I;m glad someone decide to do something about this and thank you.
Not bad, I do enjoy it being resolved in a way that did not leave Sunset on the verge of suicide for once.

This.............was very disappointing. The pace was too fast and there were not enough descriptions when it comes to the inner voice and their facial expressions. The premise was solid, but it was executed...........not as well as I wanted it to. I give this a C plus.

It was a holiday special comic after the rainbow rocks movie. It was okay but the comic didn't go into the aftermath of it. It was bad enough that sunset was thinking of taking Princess Celestia's punishment in Equestria.
I have to ask, is SciTwi an orphan being raised by her brother and sister-in-law in your universe the same way she is in mine and Darth Link's? That's the impression I got from this story.

As Sunset was here for Twilight during the Friendship Games, Twilight being here for Sunset as she still feels some insecurities is a good idea.

I think all crimes that are committed as a kid are null and void once the kid is an adult— depending on the situation of course. The CMC could've been trialed as adults, but I don't think they'd do that for something as simple as cyber bullying—
