I'm under the impression that Fleur and Fancy were just good friends and not too much else. As for what she's like in this timeline, that all depends on if I decide to continue it- she's probably not going to be well off though.
Also, yay, somebody recognized the waitress- I hope I wasn't too blunt in hinting at who it was.

Well yes, there is comedic potential, my mind has been mulling it over in darker ways- still funny ideas, of course, but not primarily that.
