This is a pretty neat idea, but try to expand on your writing a little more. Having individual lines of dialogue is okay, but don't do it too much or you'll confuse/bore the reader whose constantly trying to distinguish who is who. Try to ease up on the caps lock as well and use dialogue tags instead.
Could you start on Luna after twilight and you might want to move Pinkamena to another category, I would put her in side characters
A few small grammar and punctuation mistakes, but certainly an interesting concept. I may look into this.

I can start on Luna now. As for Pinkamena I can see why you would think that. Let me explain and, afterwards, tell me whether or not you want her moved:
Pinkamena appeared in "A Party Of One" and was portrayed as sad, depressed, and a little crazy. Sgt. Sprinkles comes along and turns her into a happy, playful, psychotic serial killer. I come along and add upon her character and, apparently, makes her more interesting. So her personality is an OC and the way she'll be portrayed in this story... it'll by MY version.
Now I leave it up to you. Choose one of the three categories to put her in:

Always starting from Intro. It is interesting to see what character is before adventure starts.
Sometimes i think some stories should have a special chapter with images of everyone who are in story.
Is it me or "I feel sorry for voice for what will happen after adventure to it". And "Awww... He or it is mean to the Queen!".
Seriously though 4th wall breaking might lead to terrible voice injuries. Maybe not in near future, but...

You're not littering. I was thinking of having both Kyra and Chrysalis hunt the narrator down. I'll change the text color to match their magic color (Chrysalis = green / Kyra = red).
I can't wait for somepony to get an achievement and flip out about the random stuff crowing onto their vision.
Particularly somepony like Twilight, who'd probably end up opening up every tab simultaneously, and trying to read it all.
