I'm a fanfiction.net writer and contributor to the Infinite Loops (if not the Saph ones as far as I can tell), who may occasionally jot an idea for here.

A prequel to the The Conversion Bureau Oneshot: Multiversal Counterstrike, this series follows various worlds on which a rouge noble or noble family has set up a barrier and bureaus in an alternate universe, seeking power, with the newfoals created as their loyal and obedient minions.

They all fail, but what damages do they leave in their wakes?

First FimFiction ongoing story (as opposed to Fanfiction), so advice on how to do things here appreciated.

Great chapter. Glad to see you decided to continue you're conversion bureau series.

The impossible has truly happened; King Koopa won...:applecry:

Nicely written, Koopa shown as not too bright, but not a moron. A villain that won't quit and knows the magic of his world better than you do.:pinkiegasp:

Giving this a like! Keep on writing sir! Keep on!

Now that I am thinking about it are you going to chronicle all 52 worlds? Or just some of the more prominent worlds?

6656802 Depends on the world: some of them will only be mentioned, while others will get multiple chapters. It really will all depend on my mood.

Liked it. I always did think that the reason Bowser doesn't do things like 'hide the powerups' and 'use Spikes everywhere' was mix of his own lack of forethought and some sort of honorsystem towards Mario and Luigi.

How else could Mario and Peach dare to invite him to various sport events, gokart races, and board games?

True, his dreams are a bit terrifying, with all the lava, bone-white stones, chains, and such.

This gets a like from me, its always interesting to see different takes on this concept. I dont think we've had a 'Mario' one before, I look forward to your other efforts.

Isle Delfino

SAVE ISLE DELFINO! D:

Dang dude this is... very interesting, loving the concept here of nobles being the ones to do the conversion business . That actually seems plausible to some degree. *curses*

Nice work!

Hehehehehe xD Ahhh man, that was awesome.
Nicely done, nicely done.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

How about the ponies trying to invade Earth from Halo after the Human-Covenant War?

6659258 The only shooter I've ever played is Splatoon. I wouldn't be able to do that.

Another great chapter.

I'm curious are you accepting suggestions for worlds to use?

6659312 I take them into consideration, as well as Nobles to antagonize.

6659296 You don't have to play the game. You can always read the wiki.

6659366 Not sure about the Noble part. But for worlds to use i've got a few ideas. How do you feel about using Invader Zim, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, and Kids Next Door?

6659626 Technically true, but I find that the more familiar one is with a series the more accurate you can make the resulting chapter.

6659643 Of those, the KND are most likely, No promises though

6659672 Yeah, but what kind of multi-universal counterattack against TCB ponies doesn't have an advanced Human Space Fleet. I've always imagined the UNSC Infinity with it's escorts right above Canterlot raining hell on the ponies.

6659734 Well I have no idea what that fleet looks like, so my vision differs from yours ever so slightly.

6659871 Eh, you can just look up UNSC Warships on Google Images. Especially the UNSC Infinity.

Oh, this is normal Helsing, not TFS Abridged Helsing.

Please do Artix Entertainments Adventure Quest Worlds

Fist of The North Star. Just have the Barrier quickly move forward Kenshiro, and he just phases through it with Musou Tensei. The nobles attacking him are already dead

One punch man could be interesting. Possibly with a big moment where the Pony in charge is taunting the Hero's assembled on the opposite side of the barrier, but meanwhile a little ways away Saitama decides to see "What will punching this barrier thing do?" Naturally one punch obliterates the barrier, though it could be fun if the timing makes everyone think that it was King who made it happen.

If you wanted to add a small bit of nastyness, you could have Zombieman ponified by a hit from the potion, except every molecule in his body being turned into a pony isn't enough to stop him from regenerating, and for a slight gross out twist, that regeneration might happen inside the pony the potion produced when it hit him.

I feel no mercy for the ponies as the 4 emperors move as one to wreck some face. Or at least, I hope so.

6672094 They haven't noticed them yet, or at least not in the way Luffy has. Yet.....

Ooooh, don't mess with Luffy :yay:
Hahaha! Nice!

You know what would be a good one? The ponies attack Jakku (I believe that's the name of the planet) from the Star Wars universe while the Rebels and the Empire are fighting each other.

On the one hand. I feel pity because, the Ponies and the P.E.R. went and did the one thing sure to piss off Luffy, And really a royal rubber rampage is a horrifying thing to ben on the other end of. Oh the other hand. The concept of conversion is horrifying and needs to die in a fire.

Awesome chapter. I've got no problem with some crossovers having multiple chapters. Also got a couple more suggestions for worlds to use. South Park, Jackie Chan Adventures, Digimon you choose which season, and Gravity Falls.

btw love the story so far but can you please consider adding Team Fortress 2, Portal, and Starcraft into the story?

“Whoa whoa whoa….peace!” the horse shouted, though he didn’t seem as worried as one should be when one had a roller pointed at you “Bah Weep Grah Na Weep Ninny Bong!”

Ahhhhhhh maaaaaaan that brings back memories!

Awesome job on this man!
...
You know what I want to see? Resident Evil, I want to see Albert Wesker and Chris Redfield fight off a bunch of those Newfoals :yay: alongside some kickass B.O.W.s... eh, just a crap thought.

Nice job on this!

Different, I'd be interested to see if The Doctor appears on any other worlds.

And the saga continues...
Looking forward to how the attempted invasion of the Pokemon world goes!

Kicking ass and chewing bubblegum, Doctor Style.

Can you add Star Wars as well? I would love to see an Imperial Battle-Group smashing the Barrier from Orbit and reducing those bloody Farm Animals into nothing after they get disintegrated in the bombardment!

Interesting, hehehehe, awesome job on this man, awesome job! :D

The part at the end about the other world of heroes that was not so fortunate. Would that be the marvel earth by chance?

Hahahahaha, that was funny, nice job.

Ooooh! Idea! Try Adventure Time! Also, I do indeed hope that the Main Six each get their own universe to try and conquer. These nobles are all unfamiliar to me (because they're OCs) and as a result I have trouble quantifying their characters due to the lack of established characteristics.

Also, I think it would be fun to read one about Sesame Street, but I understand how hard writing something like that would be. And you can also write a hundred words or so on how one of the ponies ends up assigned to the EqG universe and leaves because that would be too weird.

7078357 Well given that the Image Universe never went anywhere.....yeah the Marvel Earth.

7078871
Why not Worm?

The Simurgh, Behemoth, Leviathan, Skitter, Jack Slash, and the Triumvirate versus the Equestrians. I actually pity the ponies.

7086562 I have never seen anything of Worm

7086597

it's here, at Worm. Be warned. It's really fucking long. However, it's also supremely well-written and for almost the entire thing, an incredibly realistic take on superheroes in a post-Cold-War universe.
Notable or really dark concepts/moments/characters:
-The government is willing to sponsor/recruit superheroes that may or may not be sincere reformed villains/violent vigilantes.
-Heroes may not be such great people, and the entire story plays with the question of whether the ends justify the means. Sometimes, villains are better civic protectors than heroes. Ex(s): One rather powerful superhero got his powers in large part to do something worthwhile with his life and to stroke his ego after being crippled during what's implied to be 'Nam. Some heroes are willing to orchestrate the gruesome deaths of villains simply to further their own careers.etc.
-Powers are gained when people suffer psychological breakdowns. The type of underlying stress, and how violent/conflicted the sufferer was in dealing with that stress plays a large part in what powers are obtained and how strong those powers are.
-Africa contains the largest number/concentration of parahumans in the world. That's rather telling in how much more of a shithole the continent is ITTL.
-Giant monsters called Endbringers pop up every few weeks and casually kill absurd numbers of people and destroy cities/landmasses. Madison, WI; Kyushu; and Newfoundland are just a few of the casualties.
-China has an emperor again! (He is Mao's grandson, however. Kinda sucks.) And they got rid of the Norks.
-New England is full of superpowered Neo-Nazis.
-A grieving omnicidal widower who may be somewhere on the autism scale is beaten/stabbed/killed to death with his own missing body parts in one of the story's most pivotal scenes.
The list goes on. It's the perfect setting for a TCB fic.

7088994 As a New Englander who prides himself on it's superiority and diversity, the simple statement of New England being ruled by Neo-Nazi's turns me off from it. Really, there are plenty more areas far more suited to bowing to Neo-Nazi rule in the country than New England.

7090381

Well...it's only part of New England- and a fictional city at that. In reality, the super-Nazis have major recruitment issues. The fact that their former leader Allfather pulled together almost all the white-supremacist supervillains from all across the country means that they outnumber the local government-sponsored heroes by an almost 2-1 margin. However, any new capes the Nazis want must be sought locally in the city or brought in from Europe. Everywhere else has run dry. The Protectorate can keep pulling heroes from LA, NYC, or Houston, and the other gangs have plenty of druggies or frustrated Asian college students that trigger. (Yes, Brockton Bay is rather racially divided in Worm) The Nazis are actually pretty evenly matched, or are being played by more powerful groups of assholes. I did kinda simplify it a little overmuch.

7090381 Can you fo a Zelda one next, or at least some ways down the road. With Ganondorf being key in driving the ponies out...

But really like this chapter. Wouldn't the orange or white power rings have worked on the barrier though?

7121333 Perhaps white, but getting Larfreeze to help would likely have required a very big bribe. I mean, I suppose Larfreeze could have gotten the ponies inside, but would he want them?

Do a Star Wars one, and have the Imperial Fleet and the Death Star send those B****** Packing!
