And she's a little younger than Rarity is, so if Rarity is 22, Twilight would be around 20, which would put Spike at around 11-13. Try Rarity at 27-29, that I'd buy.
... Unless Spike was trapped in a parallel world for 10 years killing space-bears for food and pelts, having crafted a sword from a thighbone of his first kill and returned victoriously back to the same time he left. That would also be acceptable. But I would expect you to write it as a prologue.

However, I had to change it so that Spike was 18 because it failed moderation and didn't imply Spike was of age. And as for when Twilight got in, I think it was around 4 or 5 when she went to take the exam.

This suggests that Rarity took those photos in that 'post coitus' state. I don't think so, Rarity taking pictures of herself without looking her best? Not buying it.

This is surprisingly well-written for a clopfic. A nice amount of world-building, plenty of detail on things other than sex, and it's actually taken a chapter to do all this.

See how the features are more developed? The legs and horn are longer? That is not a five year old.

Her torso is less defined, legs shorter, head a little rounder. But she still looks a little older than Sweetie age five. I think she's about 6 here.
Sorry for busting your chops a little but I seem to see this a lot: Spike fans want Twilight to be as young as possible when she hatched him to close the age gap. But time moves at the same rate for them all, and that's fine, just age everyone up at the same rate. And also bear in mind, Twilight is probably the second youngest in the group, save only Pinkie Pie. AJ and Rarity are 1-2 years older still.

6654532 I'd rather not turn this into a debate about how old Twilight was when Spike was hatched. Until the show states it or goes into detail about dragons and aging, I don't think it should be debated. We'd be here forever debating about it if we went into more detail. The point is that Twilight must have been way younger since she was very smart and thus the reason why it's believed Twilight was in the academy at 4 or 5.
