lunabrony

I write stories.

E

With great longetivity comes a great affinity for pranks. And when two alicorn siblings start to prank each other, anything is possible.

Well, I didn't notice anything. In any case, this is a good, hilarious start.

Princess Celestia, whom at present was finishing up hearings with her audience but yet had a few last minute stragglers,

This should be "who".

Luna herself was in her bathrobe, mane still pinned up from her shower, and was standing next to the telescope that jetted out from her window.

"Jutted", unless it zoomed around the room.

Having pulled away from her audience thinking something was wrong, she sounded vaguely annoyed now..

You either have an extra period or you are one period shy of an ellipsis.

It must have burned out.

Extra space.

Yay!:yay: You have returned! And you brought pranks! Happy Pranksgiving!

This was cute. I was kind of hoping that Celestia would not do anything and the thought and anticipation of a prank that would not come would drive Luna insane. However, this was better.

I look forward to the next chapter.

So, Luna enchanted the coffee to make Celestia taste everything as alfalfa?

And Celestia countered by making her eat something plainly designed for dragons?

6636405 They're alicorns, they can handle it

She was almost at the delicious cake, but efore reaching it, the trumpets sounded again.

Missing b.

And just like that, the princess of the night stode in, during mid day, sipping gently and elegantly of some strong coffee.

'Strode".

She could hear cameras snapping away the moment the it lifted up.

I am sorry, what?

Alfalfa biscuits, alfalfa donuts, alfalfa liqourice, alfalfa jello, utterly unsweet toffee…

"liquorice" or "licorice".

But there just wasn’t a moment to scold Luna for this clearly out of the line, prank.

The "the" and the comma are unnecessary.

Luna froze the instant she closed her mouth her around it.

This is unneeded.

Ooh, a slight cliffhanger. I look forward to seeing how this plays out.

That was a f:yay:cked up prank Luna pulled there. Even the lava cake wasn't enough since she basically ate the equivalent of a ghost pepper. Keep going!

"Everything alright in here, Shining?"

The Captain grinned.

"Just fine, Private. Just fine."

Considering the fact that the said private somehow forgot he was talking to an officer I'm half-expecting it to be Cadence in disguise.

6643154 I imagine he's always been laid back and cool about it

Plus I know zero about military stuff so

I imagine he's always been laid back and cool about it

To be fair...considering how sloppy Equestria's military is...I kinda ready to agree with you on that.

As some of my classmates from high school have just found out these many, many years later, it's the quiet ones that can get away with many things. And if you say nothing than you can set back and enjoy the chaos.

“Well it’s about time!” A mare near the front of the line exclaimed.

This does not need to be capitalized.

Luna and Celestia both approached the upraised stage of the audience chambers,

Did you mean the "dais"?

They drew back together, a rare appearance for both princesses to be on staff at the same time, and sat on their respective thrones.

Extra space.

I do not know what else to call this, but cute. Funny would probably be a good word for it.

I don't get it. What just happened? And I seem to have forgotten what noisemakers are...

Probably the most effective way to end a prank war, really.

Alfafa coffee is cruel Luna. Not unjustified, but cruel. :rainbowwild: Although, eating real lava cake seems rather extreme in comparison.

I laughed way too hard at this.:rainbowlaugh:
