Yeah, but you have to admit: it's a lot more likely then some of the Prototype crossovers on this site. I mean, seriously, I think I read one where Alex gets sucked into wormhole or something, almost instantly saves the Mane 6 and the Princesses upon arrival and gets into their good graces, picks a fight with the Princesses, beats them, still remains in their good graces, some how manages to convince them to let him consume a unicorn and a pegasus, then goes off to fight a dragon, which he consumes... all within the first week of arriving in Equestria. Seriously? You seriously expect us to believe he arrives in Equestria in perfect health, and doesn't get on the wrong side of a group that is practically FREINDSHIP REINCARNATE?
Yeah, right. Fuck that shit. 
I'm going with the more likely route: he arrives heavily injured, and ends up accidentally killing and consuming one of the Mane 6, thus creating all kinds of problems for himself.

Nope. That became the Supreme Hunter, and the story actually mentions Alex killing it (which is Canon, BTB). My guess? It’s similar to when he consumed the ORIGINAL Alex Mercer. THAT was Alex’s first set of HUMAN memories. Fluttershy was (in-story) his first PONY (a PEGASUS, to be exact), so here’s my own ‘Hypothesis’; Each time Alex consumes the first of a new Sapient species, he has to ‘reconstruct’ or (to an extent) ‘recreate’ certain situations to recall his new form’s old memories. And seeing as Pegasi, Unicorns and Earth Ponies are different Pony Sub-Species (yeas, that’s a real life term), my guess is that something similar will happen (if to a (somewhat) lesser extent) when he consumes his first Unicorn and first Earth Pony.
