Sometimes, you start something and you just can't keep the steam up all the way to the end. Sometimes, you realize something's garbage before you finish it. Sometimes, you learn something about writing that makes you realize the story that you're working on is asinine.

This is where those stories that don't get finished go to die.

I particularly enjoyed the parts about the Intergalactic baby mine in the preface, and Rarity's reaction and discussion with Twilight at the restaurant. And the limited bystander reactions :)
The conclusion of the conversation with the idea of Twilight taking the lead does make me wonder if you had anything in mind for what that might entail, or possible misunderstandings (RD: "help, help, Twilight has gone crazy!" I leave the details to your imagination.)

The RD library/bills thing was an interesting bit of character development for the situation/context, though I didn't find it quite as interesting/amusing as the whole restaurant conversation.

I wonder...you've probably considered this already, but you could write the bits and pieces you like (no need to do it linearly, nor fill in the gaps) and see what comes out. I really would like to see what you came up with for "the talk", even if you skipped the previous bits and the resolution :)
(Assuming that you haven't. I may feel that this is a bit of a silly remark after I check your other writings - so far I've only read this chapter.)

Am I crazy or did it update?

It did, but one person was kind enough to point out that the contents of the chapter didn't exactly fall within the parameters of the site's posting rules.
