Sure. But there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, it is possible that they are not related by blood. In which case they're probably no closer than being 10th to 30th cousins. Second, even if they are blood related the show seems to suggest they are 3rd or 4th cousins at best, which is still pretty distant genetically speaking. About 10% of all marriages today are between second cousins or closer and no country in the world bans marriage between 3rd cousins or higher.
