I swear I read a story like this before. I remember, I read a story like this from the point of view of Celestia being Luna's and Twilight's mother but with Faust nowhere in sight. I believe It is called "Me and my Daughters" by TheFaceofMercy. Now all we need is one from Twilight and Cadence's points of view.
