Applejacks eyes show that not only is she fully capable of looking directly to her right or left, but she is also even able to see backwards a little bit.

the crowd shot makes this particularly obvious, when its possible to see a ponies eyes from an angle deep behind someone.
from these angles, the most of the human eye you'd be able to see is the brow above it, not the eye itself.

It was a funny chapter nonetheless.

I think I know how this will go. Lyra is gonna use some dark magic to steal the ponies god like power to try and kill anon, but the mane 6 will use the rainbow of harmony to stop her. Then she'll be revealed to be either Justin Beiber in disguise or possessed by him and he will be cast into tartarus or destroyed completely and lyra will be returned to fan standard of loving humans and they'll all have an orgy.
