It's a troll fic. It's too blatantly built to push every button imaginable to be anything else. Ergo, a fail troll.
A perfect satire has just the right mix of insanity and familiarity to make it nearly indistinguishable from the real thing. I haven't seen such a flawless parody of HiE yet, but this gets pretty damn close IMO.
