Undead? Is there undead in FO:E?

I remember ghouls and feral ghouls from Fallout but they arent undead, they are in essence in a state of radiation poisoning. Even feral ghouls despite their zombie like appearance and behavior are also just badly mentally damaged and mentally decayed. Both feral and non feral ghouls are also incapable of reproduction as the radiation damage renders them sterile.

This is looking really iffy, that makes me want to read a little bit of it to see if it is good or bad.

Of course I should take a look at the first story before I read this one.

6493079 I am rather confused by this comment. She is from another universe aside from the Fallout universe, however why is it a Fallout Equestria story that very clearly borrows from New Vegas locations/factions. Is this a story about a changeling/zompony that travels to the FO:E universe?

I dont mean to sound angry or malicious. Im simply curious.

EDIT: I just read the rest of the description and answered one of my own questions. Now I feel rather dumb. However its possible that even with the knowledge that she is from another universe FO:E or especially Fallout fans might just dislike the way the universe is portrayed? I havent read it yet because Im not sure if I should read the Prequel or not. I am a pretty big fan of Fallout and I like FO:E and nothing seems so wrong so far. (Aside from the initial reaction to hearing about undead in the Fallout universe, although that turned out to be a different scenario from what is makes it originally sound like.)

6496829 ok, let me break it down. the originating story, A New Life, is about modern equestria like in the show before season 2. It follows the changeling Sigma through his separation from the hive to finding true love in an undead mare and power over the dark arts, and rising as a hero. this is 10 years later with his daughter, Ersatz, the daughter of him and his undead wife. a portal mis-hap sends her to FNV-like environment starring ponies and follows a loosely based version of events until the 'other' faction is discovered.
