I've seen one where Fleur and Bon Bon are sisters, and this is the first time I've seen a Fleur and Derpy sister fic. Now that I think about it, this may explain why Dinky's a unicorn...

While an interesting idea, I felt this was rather telly. As an example, take these lines:

Fleur felt suddenly a little sad and wanted to open up a bit more, even if it would mean to hurt her.
I'm opening up to you now. And I do not know why. The one thing I know is that it has been very hard for both of us ever since mother died...

This is pretty stilted, it's not the best way to convey this point. Perhaps something like this would work better. "Thinking back to that day, Fleur felt that she needed to explain why things had changed. I suppose I have not done the best job of holding to my promise, but it has been very hard for both of us ever since mother died..."
