RarityEQM

Just a pony being fabulous. Writer of vignettes, clop, experiments, a great deal of trash and the occasional gem

There's a M.A.G.I.C Tournament in town and Trixie Lulamoon is set to win big! She's a natural, after all- what could go wrong?

Well, to start with Twilight can't help the way she planned. At all.

And that's just the tip of the iceburg...

Then she decided to go to Lickety Splits and order her favorite hay shake. For some reason, that place always made her think of Manehatten, and her friend Coco. And stories of romance for some reason.

:pinkiegasp:
...Have I mentioned how much I love you, recently? Because I absolutely do.

This is very, very promising. A bit of Trixie and Zecora dynamics? Outside of an antagonistic situation? I am intrigued. Please, go on.

And it goes without saying, but Rarity was in fine form as well, sensible and still caring fully. I can definitely see Trixie going to her when she needs a sympathetic listener. It definitely works. Headcanon accepted.

On an unrelated note, how does it feel to know that the Canterlot Boutique is, for all intents, apparently a show mainstay and not just a one-shot thing? Or that you can absolutely pull off the Carmen Sandiego look?

Twilight + Trixie = relentless sexual tension.

Eminently enjoyable so far!

Okay Zecora and Trixie now that's a pairing you don't see often. Especially considering they are in personality wise each other total opposite.

Whoot! New Twixie story from my favorite author? :pinkiehappy: Even Pinkie's face doesn't stetch enough to handle my joy!

"Judge me by my stripes, do you?"

Because the Yoda parallels weren't obvious the first time. :coolphoto:

Very interesting take on Zecora. less flash, more control.

It reminds me of the last time I played Baldur's Gate a while back. On that playthrough, I realized for the first time that fireballs and magic missiles were a waste of power as an overall strategy - what you want is magic that lets you dominate the field and incapacitate opponents.

Zecora's got the same thinking, it seems. Cool.

solidarity hut

'Solitary', I think? Though, I'm sure Zecora's hut is very loyal. :rainbowlaugh:

still had no true magic to boost of.

'Boast of'... or 'boost off' I guess, if the earth pony in question is studying rocketry. :pinkiehappy:

Sneaky magic is, of course, the best magic.

What if Spike ask Zecora out on a date?

And that is the Magic of Friendship! We should all be so lucky, darling! Carry on to victory!

That's the apple we know is good to the core. Oh yes.

i think Trixie Should be glad Zecora is a Shaman instead of a Wicthdocter.

Yay, Applejack! That's my Best Pony!

Applejack saves the day again! I had to be honest this was not what I was expecting for a sponsor.
