What is confidence?
It can take many forms. A knowing smile, acknowledging your own presence in the room. An eager strut as you show off your latest creation. A dash of arrogance, on occasion; perhaps not the best outlet, but when you do something incredible you do deserve a little acknowledgement.
But the most important question: How does one inspire confidence? Maintain it? Nurture it?

I think most of this is actually not true, it's just what Tumble Hooves writes on her tulmblr. It gets immediately reblogged by ten thousand "body positivity" blogs, and she continues living happily in her own little world.
Thank you for this little story! Truth to be told, when I saw her the first time I was really at loss for words, not even because of her design but because of the way she was portrayed as an overweight idiot. I felt really sympathic.
This made me feel better.

Oh, I've only just found this fic and love it.
I have to admit I was pretty horrified when I initially saw people's reactions to her. "LOL LOL TUMBLRINA FATTY LOSE SOME WEIGHT ETC" and some of the comments here are no expection. Really, such originality, guys. Once again, I'm baffled that people who are supposedly fans of a show about strong female characters hate feminism and confident women.
And this is what I love about this fandom.
We take one-shot, two-second jokes like Pony the Hutt and turn them into things like this.
I honestly can't tell if this story is meant to be serious or is a really well-done satire of Tumblr blogs. I'm praying the latter.
