One day you will suffer humiliation the likes of which I suffered when I was defeated at Canterlot!" A flash of green fire revealed the filly's true identity. "Me, Chrysalis, Supreme Humiliator of Twilight Sparkle!" she shouted to the sky, holding a hoof outstretched dramatically.

6375849 Well the horn is stuck in there bad enough that the weight of two ponies pulling on her did not work on its own, so it was doubtful attempting to fly backwards would be more successful. As for teleporting:

"I didn't get a chance to explain!" Twilight exclaimed. "With my horn stuck like this, I can't control how my magic comes out! So until we get it out of the tree, it'll act like a lightning rod and conduct magical energy to anypony that comes into contact with it!"

Which means that she cannot channel her energy to do so.

Jeeze, what's the deal with ponies getting stuck so easily? Rainbow's wing traps her in Ghastly Gorge, both Applejack and Pinkie Pie get their hooves caught in rubble...
