This is a brilliant and intuitive idea. I enjoyed this story immensely and think that you executed the idea perfectly. There was one grammar/spelling mistake in this story, which is so much better than some stories where the entire thing is filled with mistakes.

Except that Spike, by virtue of being the adopted brother of Princess Twilight Sparkle and Prince-Consort Shining Armor, is royalty. Not sure if 'Prince' is the appropriate title, but seeing Blueblood has it, I don't see why he can't either

6464064 I don't pay a whole lot of attention to mythology, and the whole point of this story was based upon the fact that Spike is the ONLY non-winged dragon in Equestria that we know of.
