It's easy to imagine Flutters wanting to feel the same warmth and comfort herself that she gives to all her critter friends. It's nice to be taken care of without worries when you spend much of your time being responsible for so many others.
Discord certainly would find the whole concept amusing. He trusts Fluttershy the most and would do anything for her. Perhaps he'd think of taking her on a vacation sometime to help her relax? It would likely be a wacky place, perhaps filled with juvenile whim, but it would allow him to create quite the alternate universe with some pony who'd appreciate his efforts.
Adorable, perfectly balanced between care and silly, and everything kept G/TV-7! I could almost see this as in actual episode!
