Sheesh, this story practically gave me a nosebleed. Good build-up, very good detailing, and hotness all around. Characters were into it and you managed to keep the game relevant without distracting from the sex. Mechanically sound, well-written, and definitely a personal favorite.

I really like this. I've always had a headcanon that Equestria would be much more sex-open than here, and this plays right to that.

The normality in which everything is treated makes the fic read in a whole new light, and I enjoyed it immensely.

Though, how did Soarin even go about getting that job?

I don't read a lot of clop, but man, I've come back to this one more than a couple times. Great setting, very original idea, and it had Soarin' in it.

I agree with 6656750 about using more pronouns and names, and I think another round of proofreading would have done you well, but again, great work. I know I'll be reading it again.
