I'm no doctor but, isn't that what IV solution is for? Getting comatose patients fluids and nutrients? You wouldn't be abl to feed them any other way without risking them choking.

Oh I read farther, but still, you don't inject what is essentially pureed food(at least, that was the impression I got, that is was basically food turned into a liquid, so it would still have solidy bits since the mentioned it having hay in it) into someone's veins(unless you want to kill them). That's, not how you get it into them. The only way I could see using something like that would be if they had a tube down his throat and right into his stomach and just, pumped it in that way.

It is a tiny bit irritating to see someone put so much emphasis on the 1% thing when it's not true.

I guess I'll just pretend ponies do in fact follow that rule unlike humans, but it's just generally meh.

So after reading the first chapter, it looks like one of my questions (for the most part) was answered. From what I figured, Swift Shadow is a terrorist secretly plotting to take over Manehattan, and then eventually Equestria, and would stop at pretty much nothing.

And I fear for Spike and the stallion, considering that Spike is now marked as numero uno on Swift shadow's hit list. But what he probably doesn't know is that he's the dragon of royalty, and that Twilight Sparkle, who is the alicorn princess of friendship is there, and can pretty much take out any group of ponies with just one blast of her magic. I think his men that he sends will be caught by the royal guards while at the hospital, and they will get the truth of where Swift Shadow is and what he's planning from them. But then again, I also think he might have outside help from maybe corrupt members of the royal guards. I recall when he was taken to 'prison' by guards in the previous story, and that the guards said that he says he would get them, and never carried them out. But I think those guards secretly let him go, because they are secretly working with him. And I also think Aqua Lilly, the mare Swift Shadow 'robbed' is part of all this too. That would probably explain how Swift Shadow knew much about the stallion.
If all this is true, then Swift Shadow will be not as easy to deal with. And that he could pose a very dangerous threat, especially if the royal guards sent to protect Twilight, Spike, Rainbow, and the stallion could be some of those corrupted members conspiring with Swift Shadow. But at the same time, he most likely doesn't know what he and his men are actually really dealing with, which would give the good guys the advantage. Not to mention Spike could always defend himself with his fire breath, since he's a dragon. Swift Shadow's not the first villainous scum who tried to take over Equestria with a sword of injustice. They all failed, and so will he.

But I guess I will have to read further to find out.

We do use our entire brain, but what I assume by the 1% thing is either 1) we use 1% of how much total power our brain can handle, or 2) we use 1% of our brain at any given time, but still use every part at some point.

But maybe is is, as you said, a white lie.
