I was expecting this to end another way. Given Rarity's and Rainbow Dash's reactions early in the story, I was thinking Trixie had somehow managed to seduce them into a threesome (or at least Rarity alone, hence Dashie's laughing) and they decided to bring Twilight along to Manehatten for a foursome.
Saying that, I would recommend, if English is not your first language, to run this by a proofreader. A few errors, but certainly not all of them:

you're, not you
An unexpected touch of romance. I like it. Sex is all well and good, but some emotion can make it great. And the back-and-forth with their aggressiveness and shyness seems quite fitting.
You should probably clean up that spoiler tag at the end, though.
