Going by personality, she seems more like Rarity or Pinkie Pie.
Hope she comes out as an original, rahter than a bad render of any previous Ponies; Canon or otherwise.
Then again, she does things you wouldn''t see Ponies do in Show.
I chose the City, because it felt the best local for her personality.
