Is it somehow connected to One Minute Spent Hiding Behind a Shroud? That, or burning Rarity's stuff becomes a trend in your writing.

Minor nitpick: I'm pretty sure "parasol" refers only to stuff protecting from the sun. In case of rain, it should be umbrella.

Ouch, seems to me that there was a fire and Rarity lost everything she had in Canterlot and is returning to Ponyville to recover. And it looks like she gained a few scars from it as well going by the last lines.
