This is slightly confusing.
This is very ridiculous.
This is so far-fetched that every black-and-red alicorn sniffs in disgrace when the title is mentioned.
In short, this is PERFECT! I loved it SO MUCH! Nightmare Scoots is one of the best things ever, and the ending was hilarious! You, dear sir/madam/secret lizard person, have a new follower!

I was starting to wonder if you'd gone crazy when the alicorn amulet thing came out of nowhere. I suppose it's not unreasonable to assume that Angel learned about what it was from Fluttershy.
It is interesting that you have shaped Angel to be subconsciously afraid of Fluttershy, and has nightmares about her putting her hoof down.
Also, you should fix these.
Beginning of the sentence didn't make sense.
There appears to be a word missing after 'crazy', probably the word 'dream', unless you intended the word 'crazy' to be taken as a noun.
A more minor thing, but the comma has no reason to be there.
6541849 I can see why these three are the hardest ones to gauge.
Opal is probably the easiest of the three. The vast majority of cats do not actually 'love' their owners at all, and only enjoy having food, shelter, and a warm hand to pet them for selfish reasons. Opal obliviously is also like this, but you should probably show some redeeming quality about her if you want people to approve of your concept of her personality.
Winona is a little harder, but I'd say that Omnifox's idea is a good one. I get the idea that Winona just likes to have fun, and has fun doing just about everything. Everything from playing fetch to herding. Also, obviously loyal.
Tank is by far the hardest. It's almost impossible to tell what he is thinking. We can't even tell what his opinion of Rainbow was for insisting on a competition for best pet, but it is clear that whether he disapproved or not, he wanted to go home with her anyway. I don't think he would be the sort to believe that he knows better than Rainbow Dash, or anyone really. He kind of makes me think of a tired, friendly old man who just wants to have no problems to worry about for a change.
So, there's my two cents on that. Hope it helps.
I've thought about it for a little while longer, and I decided that while a cat that, for instance, rubs up against their owner's legs is probably only doing so to mark territory or because they enjoy the sensation, a cat that voluntarily jumps up onto their owners beds while their owner is sleeping in that bed and falls asleep on it themselves is probably the kind of cat that does genuinely care about their owner. Perhaps you should use that.
