Hummm rather well written and I like the concept, just that Sweetie Belle seems a little out of character... it seems rather weird seeing her get angry so quickly. Maybe if you added a part explaining how exactly she came to that question or what annoyed her so when she was talking to adults?
Also, your writing is jumping from past tense to the present. Fix it.
Aside that, this is a story worth a like.

I'm glad you decided to write Sweetie Belle as something other than Rarity's adorably dumb little sister. Sure and there's a time and a place for cute (and Sweetie's just as cute as a god damned bug's ear) but she's also a steadily maturing young girl; and as anyone who's done it can attest, growing up can be messy as hell. So good work. I'm interested to see how this goes.
